We both know that what you eat and how you move can make a HUGE improvement in some of the symptoms of menopause. Not to mention how common it is for ladies to gain weight at this time of life. (Ugh!)
And as we both know eating better and moving more can help you stave off other issues like heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis.

Ahhhhh......the Monday after a long weekend. We all know how slow this one can start off for sure.
A weekend of fun, relaxing and over-indulging on the chocolate eggs that some bunny left around the house. (see what I did there?!?)
Then the ultimate Sunday Easter Dinner, with an over abundance of food, desserts and beverages. Which, of course, can lead to a very tired and dragged out Monday.
So you managed to grab some left overs, throw them in a container and head out to another work week. Or maybe you couldn't even get that far....so eating out (or the office cafeteria) it is.
We all know Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays....but every single week having tacos...well I kinda get tired of the same thing.
