When I was a kid I remember reading that line in a Garfield Comic strip in the weekend newspaper that my parents would get (They loved doing the word search and reading the obituaries - don't ask...)
But every spring I always remember this comic haha. It just makes me giggle.
I love spring, the mornings are still cool with fog, sunrises are beautiful, the air smells so fresh. And the food starts to get lighter it seams. More relaxed.
I do love a good salad all year round, however, spring just gives that freshness to the salads with more flavors. And this quinoa salad does just that!
